Various habits that cause acne

Beware of the following habits, because unwittingly can cause acne.

    1.Wash your face too often
    A dirty face is often considered a cause of acne. However, washing your face too often is also not good, because it can make the face lose skin's natural oils and encourage the skin to produce more oil. The effect, acne will re-emerge.
    Now, so that you don't experience this problem, it is recommended to wash your face twice a day. When washing your face, you can use warm water or clean water, and facial cleansing soap with a mild formulation. Apply a facial cleanser using your fingertips and massage gently. Avoid using a washcloth to wipe the face, because it risks causing skin irritation.


   2. Squeeze pimples
    Trying to get rid of pimples by squeezing zits, it can actually cause new problems on the skin. Because when acne is squeezed and pressed, a blockage in the pores of the skin can go deeper. This makes the healing process take longer and can leave acne scars.
    To deal with acne, use a special acne drug. Avoid touching pimples, especially with dirty hands, because oil and dirt from the hands can clog pores and make acne worse.
  3.  Using a dirty cell phone (cellphone)
    A cellphone that has just been used for calling will be exposed to oil and sweat. Especially if the pressure on the cheeks then triggers breakouts. If the dirt is not cleaned before it is used again, then the dirt and bacteria that have proliferated can return to the face. Do not be lazy to clean the phone screen and it is advisable to use an ear phone when calling to avoid pimples.
  4.  Hair products that drip on the face
    Keep hair oil, gel and various hair products from the forehead or other parts of the face, because it can trigger acne. These products can clog pores. In addition, wash your hair regularly and avoid using hair products that contain lots of oil.
 5.   Using excessive makeup
    Avoid using excessive makeup. Use acne medicine before using make-up, then wash before going to sleep. For acne prone skin, choose make-up with an oil-free label and does not cause blackheads (non-comedogenic). There are also types of makeup that you can use to help hide acne.
    Too much consumption of sweet and processed foods
    Until now not yet known exactly what foods can cause acne. However, it is recommended to limit consumption of sweet and processed foods, such as biscuits, cakes, white bread and pasta, and potato chips. Foods from dairy products should also be limited, because it is thought to also affect the appearance of acne.
    Poor painstaking treatment of acne
    The process of healing acne takes several weeks. Acne can not immediately disappear in just one day. If over-the-counter remedies for acne cannot overcome acne-prone skin problems within 2-4 weeks, you should consult with a dermatologist to get further treatment.
